Cured foiegras, pheasant and pistachio terrine, pear chutney, walnuts and brioche.


Wild mushroom and black truffle pate,Armagnac prunes, walnuts, brioche. (v)


Home cured and smoked sea trout, elderflower jelly, sea lettuce, horseradish.

Pan fried halibut fillet, Grilled prawns, lemon purée, dill and red pepper beurre blanc.


Roasted fillet of Irish beef, braised oxtail, onion tart tatin, sauce bordelaise.


Maple glazed spiced Barbary Duck breast, parsnips, Swiss chard, berry jus.


Grilled label rouge chicken breast,Parmesan, ceps aioli and artichoke Rosti.

Risotto of honey roasted squash and green peppercorn, goats cheese, herb emulsion. (v)​
