Cured foie gras in calvados, apple preserve, caramelised pecan toasted brioche.

Mains

Pan fried Halibut, sea vegetables, razor clams, champagne beurre blanc.

Traditional Christmas free range turkey with all trimmings.

Roasted breast of goose, cherries, parsnip, baked beetroot and kirsch jus.

En croute of portobello mushrooms, garlic spinach, Parmesan and bay leaf velouté. (v)

Desserts

Christmas pudding with Cognac sauce.

Chocolate tart, candied chestnut and black currant sorbet.

Home made sticky toffee pudding, almond ice cream.
