Homemade soup of the day (v)

Boudin noir en-croute, apple purée, Dijon mustard sauce.

Grilled chicken liver on toasted brioche, lardons and mushrooms.0

Seared Tuna loin, sauce vierge, aioli, cucumber salad.

Tartin of goats cheese, onion jam and olives (v)

Cured foiegras, grape chutney ,port jelly, toasted brioche.(£5 supplement )

Herb crusted baked scallops, red pepper and root vegetable bisque  (£6 supplement)

Mains

Roast of matured Rib eye, goose fat potatoes and traditional roast garnishes .

Roasted Label rouge chicken breast, watercress purée, sauce aux champignons.

Grilled pork chops, savoury leeks, black garlic, apple and mustard jus .

Roasted Barbary duck breast, carrot purée and confit, cherry and kirsch jus.

Grilled gilt head bream, baby spinach, king prawn bisque.
