Traditional free range Norfolk turkey roast with trimmings.
Assiette of Turbot, Halibut and wild red prawns, fish and caper beurre blanc.
Barbary Duck breast, celeriac remoulade, roasted carrot, berries & ginger jus.
Fillet of Irish beef, braised cheeks, shallots, and carrots, sauce Bordelaise.

Spiced pear and cinnamon tart, stem ginger ice cream.
